Is it possible to add a mod to a Tekkit server? And how do I do it? (I want to ad DrZharks MoCreatures Mod to my Tekkit server). Help please

Hi. I have a server. I can join it, my Brother on the same network can join. but my friends can't join and I don't know what to do. My Brother join with my IPv4 ip. and when my friends (they are on other networks) tries to join it says Connection refused. I have used port forward. Does anyone know what i can do.
