My PC gets internet perfectly fine.

Launcher Version: 6.0 Operating System: Win7 Home Premium x64 Java Version: 1.7.0_07-b11 Antivirus Program: Norton 360 Description of Problem: Technic Launcher will boot up fine, then it will announce that the Tumblr feed is down and that my only option is 'Offline Mode' Error Messages: Oh Noes! Then it just stays like that forever. I cant close it, interact with it, or get rid of it. Wont show up at all on the task manager, and to remove it I have to restart my computer.
