[How to make a 1.1.0 Server]

I have been watching the Yogscast lately and have realized that the power tool can shoot a plasma ball or can do super punches if tinkered. In my private server with friends we cant because its on 1.0.11. Does any one know how to update it like they did?

When ever i open the server batch fill when it is done loading the server it says can not load Pipes then shows the pipe names and ids

Description of Problem:

When i load my world it loads only one chunk of my world. When i leave that chunk it dissapears and loads the new one i'm now on.
