I had several, but the only one I know that's conflicting with the mod is LogBlock

I found the problem. I had some plugins that were messing up the mod so I removed them. Thanks for all the help.

I tried and it still won't work. I even opped [buildCraft] and [RedPower]. I placed it in an unprotected region and it wont work.

I have WorldGuard and my quarry is in a protected region. Does that affect the quarry in any way?

I'am unable to craft things sometimes and my quarries won't start. The crafting isn't much of a problem because I can simply restart the server and it'd be fixed, but the main problem are the quarries. Whenever I power it with combustion engines it won't start. Also, I cannot run my server without crashing with the NetherOres mod.
