I mean that by I cant download WinRAR or 7-zip because my virus protection deems it harmful and Im not the administrator on my computer my dad built for business but NEVER uses it and ive asked for it too

I cant download any of the TLON mods because they're .RAR files and my stupid computer cant download 7-zip or WinRAR can some one make me a modpack please!!!
