Launcher Version: Latest Operating System: Windows Vista Java Version: 7.5 Antivirus Program: Description of Problem: Whenever I try to open the launcher, it says 'Downloading Launcher' and finishes doing that fully, but then it give me an error saying "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden..."
