Issue solved

So I have set my technic launcher to the latest version, 3.1.1, I have the latest Server files, I have reinstalled twice now, but I still get this little error, "This server requires the following mods to play: mod buildcraft transport 2.2.1.4 mod additional pipes mod IC2 build craft factory buildcraft energy build craft core builders red power logic red powerr lighting wiring core machine world computercraft CCturtle EE Immibis charging bench compact solars nether ores and the list continues and it's preventing me from setting up tekkit to play with my friends, Please any advice is appreciated.
