Launcher Version: 1.0.1.0 Operating System: Microsoft XP Java Version: Java 7 update 5 Antivirus Program: None! Description of Problem: After weeks of trying to make Technic work it has finally worked and i am able to play! Yet, i uninstalled my anti virus (AVG) and i need to re gain a free anti virus but worried they may effect my Technic, what is the best anti virus which is free that wont effect my technic? This is the last problem i have to solve before i am free to play! Error Messages: Error Log:

I've removed the firewall, and it still does not connect.

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.0 Operating System: Microsoft XP Professional Java Version: Java 7 update 5 Antivirus Program: I removed AVG Yet still does not connect Description of Problem: After finally fixing the launcher problem, It does not allow me to log in and connect to minecraft.net , i have a premium account and have connected to minecraft.net on other computers, yet this current computer does not let me, i want to play offline yet i have to connect at least once and it wont let me do this, i have good internet connection, any solutions? As well as stopping my anti virus and firewall, it still does not allow me to connect

Thankyou! That problem is solved! Yet, when try to log in, the message pops up saying unable to authenticate account with minecraft.net, and it wont let me play offline, yet i have used my account on a different computer using the technic launcher, and i do have a account, im connected to the internet, whats going wrong?

Side Note: There are two other Java installed programs named, Java6 update 26 as well as Java 7 update 5

Okay thank you for the advice! How can i manage to install it correctly? Remove Java then Download it from their website?

After playing around a message has popped up saying 'Technic Launcher.exe-.NET Framework Intialization error, unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application.
