I can't build energy links in my version of technic, which one do I need for that?

Thanks, how would I properly install the converters to stuff the solar power into the quarry?

Simple (probably foolish) question, is there any way I can power a quarry with solar panels? And if so, how? I just build 27 of the bloody things and would rather not have them gathering dust.
