click run i wait then it says cant find java directory

Launcher Version: latest Operating System: windows 7 Java Version: latest Antivirus Program: Total defense secuirity Description of Problem: i tried fist and it said downloading launcher then it said couldnt find java directory ive tried re-installing but now it doesnt say downloading launcher just says cant find java directory do i need winrar for it or what i need help Error Messages: cant find java directory Error Log:
