No, should I? How would I go about doing so? I'm fairly novice when it comes to mods. Any other suggestions on how to resolve would be appreciated!!

I also setup a Tekkit 3.1.1 server tonight and found that grass was missing. I deleted the server folder and re-extracted from zip 2 more times and each world was void of any grass.
