fix'd it. I deleted .spoutcraft folder. Maybe Technic coulden't detect a update before i deleted it? and i deleted the .techniclauncher too and re-installed it all. It works now, but make sure not to use the lastest build, then you can only play ssp. (it also says that in the minecraft window like this (ssp) )
