Anyone got a awnser to my issue?

The .Jar runs and just before the mojang symbol comes up it goes white/grey and the about 20 secs later it crashes

Windows XP and java 7 v 10

Description of Problem: When i first tried to download tekkit it said my .NET framework was out of date, so i updated it, now its says "Unable to find the runtime version for this application" Please help! Error Messages: "Unable to find the runtime version for this application" Error Log: No because tekkit hasnt run once, so it hasnt been created yet.
