It would be nice to know why it happened. I hadn't done anything. Just one day it was working, the next day it wasn't.

Alright, I might wait a day or so to see if anyone has a solution other than that, but thanks for the tip and I might end up doing that.

Just delete the Launcher and re-download it?

Title: Slot 188 argument Version: 3.1.1 OS: Windows XP (x86) Version 5.1 Java Version: 1.7.0_04, Oracle Corporation Description of Problem: When I try to log on to Tekkit, I get this error log after the Mojang screen. It mentions that there is a preexisting file in Slot 188 which is causing an illegal argument. I don't know how much of the log is relevant, but here it is.
