Antivirus Program: Norton 360, which lists the Launcher as safe.
Description of Problem:
Every time I try to open Technic Launcher, I get a window that says "Checking Launcher Verision" which disappears after a split second and closes the program. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the launcher, but that does not change anything.

It does not appear that there are any files relating to this program other than the application itself, which is still in the downloads folder. I do not see a folder in my program files that connects to Technic.
