Doesn't MCEdit use SPC? Tekkit doesn't have SPC by default, and I'm unsure if you can add extra mods to Tekkit. edit: I tried installing SPC but it didn't work :s

Okay so I have an old MC world that I was starting to get a bit bored on and I wanted to spice things up a little bit by installing tekkit. I know that all the news ores, trees and other goodies don't spwan on already loaded chunks, I was just wondering if there is anyway for me to get a part of my old world on to a new world so I can enjoy all the tekkit perks with my beautiful houses and bridges etc? -I'm sure this has already been answered a thousand times, sorry for that-
