Sorry Torezu Fixing it up!

Launcher Version: Latest Operating System: 64-bit Operating System Java Version: 64-bit OS Antivirus Program: Norton Description of Problem: I attempt to open launcher and the Technic Launcher logo thingy stays on my screen and does not open the launcher.
