Tylenol

Hey guys. I'm new to tekkit but I want to test it out on my RPG server. I'm kind of worried that some of the recipes will ruin the rp style that's currently going. Is there a way to block recipes, but allow the items to still be spawned in creative if an admin needs them for something? And is there a way to block recipes for only certain players or groups? Thanks a lot for your help
