Items appear momentarily when crafted then disappear.
The Arsonist replied to Didag's question in Tekkit Classic
If you turned off a mod and tried to craft items from it after getting rid of it, sometimes that happens. It happened to me while on a server after turning off advanced machines. I would try make a rotary macerator and it would appear for a second and then immediatly disappear before i could click it.
