Have you considered completely uninstalling Zone Alarm? Because I might, if it helps. Also, I forgot to include this but, when I started, my java and computer bit rates were different. 32 bit java and 64 bit Windows 7 This gave me the bug that was present in the "Common Bugs" page where the download wouldn't even start. I rectified this by installing 64 bit java and deleting 32 bit java. Then I got the bug that you see here.
