There is probably a problem somewhere in my sorting system, I think I could use a chest to find it!

Hello, I'm a pretty new tekkit player and I have run in to a problem with my sorting machine. It is sorting rock and gravel as it should be, but when i try sort any ores they get stuck in the filter and as soon as I remove the pneumatic tubes attached to it they pop out. I can't seem to fix this on my own. Any help would be appreciated! PS: This is probably the wrong place to post this but this will have to do since I haven't got any access to the tekkit bug board.
