Title: Failed to Download Version: 3.1.1 OS: Windows 7 Home Premium Java Version: JRE 7 Description of Problem: When I go to start technicpack launcher.exe it starts up and when I click tekkit it goes to connecting to minecraft and then it starts at downloading 15% and stops and says download failed.
