actually run as administrator then try to run it and if it doesn't work close it and repeat the process untill it does work but make sure you run as administrator i got it on my second try

Made an account to help you out. All you need to do is right click, run as administrator. i was having the same problem and i realized why not try that and i did and it worked! I hope this helps you. :D
