the "solution" with downloading the minecraft.jar and rename it didn't work for me because after the "patching" it says: "Minecraft failed to launch"..

A server owner and I are trying to figure out why Redpower 2 computers crash when anyone on the server attempts to craft them(the client) . Help? -
