Can someone please explain to me (not mod wise) how to install this mod? I don't see any documentation stating how to install it or if other mods (forge for example) are necessary to make this work. Also, when I tried to extract the files from the archive, it says that the folder "me" doesn't exist and the system cannot find the path specified. I would really love to be able to use this mod.
