Is this hard to do? Is it different for a Tekkit server vs non-tekkit server? I wanna switch over to permissionsEx for the extra flexibility it adds compared to group manager but I'm not 100% sure how to do it exactly so if anyone could point me over to a tutorial or something that'd be great I've been looking on Google with no results sadly ):
