Can't authenticate account and can't play offline

Ok thanks I was just wondering if there was something i was missing -
Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3 Operating System: Windows 7 64 Bit Java Version: newest as of 8/7/2012 Antivirus Program: Description of Problem: I just downloaded the technic Launcher and it wont let me log in, it says it can't authenticate account, if i haven't logged in before is there a way I can play offline with the mods? As of now there is no option to play offline Error Messages: Error Log:
