it gets to the part where it says 'MATMOS' then stops

can anyone help me,everytime i download the launder.exe for windows,its downloads,i open it,then when choose tekkit in the options box in the top corner and log in,it will get to a random number and then stop,a few minuit later it will then say download failed,this happens to me at every update,nothing downloads. please help BboyHD
