  1. Launcher/pack Version: 2.1/2.0

Operating System: Windows XP pro SP3 32 bit

Version of Java: 7_3 windows 32 bit

    Description of Problem:

I can play single player technic just fine, but every time I go to join a server, I get a nice little dirt screen immediately, which then goes on to a brief error message that God knows a human would not be able to read in time, followed by an indefinite whitescreen which forces me to close the client. The log says like 40 [severe]s but I don't even know what that's supposed to mean, or why it only applies to connecting to a server. I've also tried to connect to my own tekkit, to no avail.

Tried using the dev build and recommended build, allocating more RAM, etc.

This doesn't work on java 6, so I downloaded Java 7, and it didn't work. Disabling 6 in the control panel did nothing, obviously.

    Error Messages: N/A

EDIT: NEW link to pastebin of log: http://pastebin.com/cb8mV0DQ

  2. Launcher/pack Version: 0.5.4.6

    Operating System: Windows xp 32x

Version of Java: java 7 x86

    Description of Problem:

I can't seem to remain stable on a server. I can join it very briefly, hearing the sound of my character's feet hitting the ground, and then I crash.

    A few things:

-I'm running 32 bit java on a 32 bit OS

-I can play technic perfectly fine

-I have tried selecting "always use dev builds"

-I can't even remain on a server on own computer, but I can host it.

-I'm trying to connect to many public servers, all of which are unsuccessful.

I can't find anyone having a problem who meets all of these conditions. Does tekkit not support 32 bit java? If so, well wtf?

  3. I'm having the same problem. i can hear in-game sound briefly and then I crash. this is on a brand new map, on a server that I'm sure is the same version. I click "tekkit" on the launcher before logging in, and the issue is not resolved. I may have a different problem, as i have a 32 bit operating system, and i heard that you HAVE to have java 7 to play on a server (for whatever reason), while java 7 is only open to 64 bit systems.

P.S. : I can play technic perfectly fine.
