The server is back up, It crashed last night due to some random error in the mod folder. Sorry guys it's fixed now

And for tekkit you might want to make flying=true

Im having the same problem. Well not the teleport pipes but the jetpacks don't even work, The electric jetpack wont let you fly for some reason. Im still unsure how to fix this issue. Once i do i will be sure to let you know.
