i can join servers but i dont have certain mods there just wondering how to load them iam missing like railcraft, NuclearControl, crafting table three, Immibiscore and others

Hi everyone, new to tekkit and to mods, i was looking through my mod folder and it says that alot of the mods arnt there. The message that comes with them is metadata not found. My question is how do i get these mods so i can use them when i am playing the game. Cheers OMGaSquirrel
