Unable to download the .EXE file from the site.

Just did this. I'm now stuck with the banner across my desktop and the program isn't working. FML!!!! Just took ages to load (15mins) :P -
For me it only affects the 'mirror.technicpack' links. Github works although cannot download files from 'mirror.' when i run it.

Is there maybe an alternate download link on some other site?
