i agree with davidz1000, since you are on the same network you should not have to do too much configuring. Pm me your skype name and ill help walk you threw the process. Once you get it you usually dont forget =]

Don't ask for ETAs. Really. We mean it. if you want to know that badly go ask the mod developer, that is he also ports/builds his mod's with bukkit in mind.

its been awhile since ive used Hamachi, any errors next to his name in Hamachi? Does he show as online? are yall on the same local network? Any errors on the server?

There are some in forestry, but it has been removed since 3.x i think (not sure new here my self). How would your tekkit be "messed up"?

I do not think there is a bukkit port for server. But client side should be easy

i used to do that, and i slowly winded down to just useing tekkit(witch we all like better anyway) i did get forestry back on the server but, such a pain walking ppl threw this. even if they are in the same house. +1 Technic Points guess when im not so busy anymore i should jump into learning java.

installing mods is not a problem for me but for other people its a pain when i got to walk each of them threw installation and debugging. i could just give them the modded file but insert excuse #2 =[

i would still like this in the base mods that come with tekkit. people can just disable it like they do EE anyway. I Think this would go great on a server with just friends and a decent server setup.
