The Launcher won't let me into the mod selector for Tekkit

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3 Operating System: Windows 7 Java Version: 32bit Antivirus Program: Virgin Anti-Virus Description of Problem: When I open up the launcher and try to go into the Mod select section, the button will not open any sort of menu. How can i solve this? Note: I have tried re-installing Technic launcher. Error Messages: Error Log:
