I followed the steps and updated my graphics drivers but the launcher still has the same problem, any advice? I can also play minecraft off of the regular launcher from Mojang

I can download vanilla in the minecraft launcher, but i cant download any packs. The error sign just gives me: failed to load (first thing to be downloaded; ex. keybinds for tekkit classic). I love tekkit classic to death and I hope you guys can help me
