[Installing a new mod for my tekkit server.]

Any thoughts how to do this?

If possible i want it to push the mod to the people that connect to my server.

[Tekkit server kicks me off when i spawn in tekkit items.]

Launcher Version: 3.1.2

Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit

Java Version: jre 7

Antivirus Program: AVG

Description of Problem:

The server runs fine, however when i spawn in an item not from normal minecraft i get kicked with the connection reset message, it wont let me craft the items either, and i havent disabled the items.
