LATER EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED! AVG WAS THE PROBLEM!

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3 Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Service Pack 1 Java Version: Version 7 Update 5 Antivirus Program: AVG Description of Problem: I start the TECHNIC LAUNCHER and after I enter my minecraft username and password, select any kind of mod or just vannila minecraft, after it says CONNECTING TO MINECRAFT.NET and CHECKING FOR UPDATES it starts retrieving minecraft.jar and at about 25% it stops.After 1 or 2 minutes (of retrying???) it says DOWNLOAD FAILED!!! PLEASE HELP! Error Messages: "Download Failed" simple as that. Error Log: Launcher is starting....
