I believe I have had an identical problem, it appears to be a problem outside of your own computer itself: If you download the whole thing multiple times and extract it, each time a different set of files will fail to extract/are corrupt. However, attempting to extract a single file multiple times will result in the set of files that are corrupt to remain constant. After around ~10 attempts I was able to get a single complete download! However all attempts afterwards again failed without me changing anything at my end, so just keep trying until you get a full set of files, and hopefully the server will stabilise at some point .
just putting the error code here if you try and move it manually, hopefully that will help anyone else who gets the error to find this thread: 0x80004005.
