Sorry for the double post, but the Github download does work, in this thread: http://forums.technicpack.net/index.php/topic,3077.0.html. It takes a while for everything to download, but I left it running for about half an hour and now it works fine.

I'm experiencing this as well. All browsers time out when trying to download, the rest of the site works fine. Had a friend send me the file (his download works no problem) and I'm unable to get past the 'Technic Launcher' splash when I open TechnicLauncher-0.2.exe. No idea if they're connected, it's stumped me.
