I solved it! it turns out there was a much larger nividia control pannel that i wasnt aware of. so i just messed around with the controles and BOOM. thanks for everyone that tried to help me.

I have the Nvidia graphics card but what am i changing in the 3D options?

Globa Programming, Honestly im really not sure how to adjust that. (im not mush of a computer wiz) when i sign in a window or two opens with all the different settings i can change but i dont see "Anistropic filtering or anti-alias"

Title: Weird white borders around most blocks? Version: 3.1.2 OS: 64-Bit OS Java Version: 1.6.0_24 Description of Problem: Surrounding all blocks ( and some other items like tourches ) is this weird almost white boarder thing. Im not sure where it came from. I just got a new video card (NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 610) because i could only use short render distance. (btw i can use far now so it did its job) im pretty sure its my cpu because it happens on my minecraft too. And i mean i can live with it but its gonna get really annoying.
