Did you find a solution to this problem? I'm also on 12.04, 64bit and the grey/white screen problem with the launcher is driving me nuts.

I was perfectly polite until you enter asking 'why on earth' I went about doing something the way I did which was just downright rude.

Have you even used a terraformer before? It's being used as an example and if it were working properly it'd be easy to see... The problem is that it won't start flashing and function properly, it doesn't matter what TFBP I place in it or whether it has a fully charged MFSU connected, it just won't work.

For the past few days I've been trying to get terraformers working properly on my new server but have not been having any luck. I can lay them down, connect power to them and load in TFBP's fine but they refuse to start flashing and do their job... The image below consists of 4 high voltage solar arrays, a terraformer and a flatification TFBP. any ideas? thanks

Have you made sure that you have JDK installed?
