It ran well, then i shut it down to save it in case it crashed again and when i ran it back up, the world was corrupted the same way. I've tried deleting minefactory out of the mods, running the server, then putting it back in. I've tried that ill all the mods at once as well and it just causes more problems. The only thing that's worked is backing up the server world file, but i lose a lot of data that way.
