Title: Invalid or corrupt jarfile TekkitLite.jar Version: 0.5.1 OS: Windows 7 64 bit Java Version: 1.7.0_15 Description of Problem: I downloaded the latest recommended Tekkit Lite server (0.5.7) and when I run it using the bat file, I get the error "Invalid or corrupt jarfile TekkitLite.jar" after which the batch file exits. I tried downloading version 0.5.6 and 0.5.8 with the same result. Has anyone run into this problem and know a solution? Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3 Operating System: Windows 7 Java Version: 7 Antivirus Program: Avast Description of Problem: I'm trying to download Technic 6.0.7 in order to play a map designed with it. Any later versions have different block ids and so make the map unusable. After I select Technic 6.0.7 for MC 1.1, the launcher downloads minecraft.jar before getting to around 99% and giving an "Update Failed" message box. I have tried it without antivirus and with firewall off to the same result. There also seems to be a fair few bugs for this same issue with no real resolution, so any ideas would be great.
