Yup Pretty Sure I'm using correct version

Hmm I removed NEI Plugins and replaced it with a updated version and it Crashed, So then I updated NEI its self and now Tekkit gets stuck of "FML is setting...." "Minecaft Validated, Launching"

So as you may have guess from the title I have installed Forestry on my Tekkit. How ever when I look through NEI I can not load recipes for stuff made in Forestry Machines. I Have googled the problem without any luck, looked at configs and even the NEIPlugins Folder in "MODS". I have no idea why it isn't working so a little help would be appreciated. (Also don't moan about how forestry was removed and all that.)
