It's the latest version 4.2.2 but I built my .jar files from the source code so I have the latest developments. And thanks for contributing to the wiki, now I don't need to write so much!

for your situation, you can't. because the energy.o mat comes with industrialcraft2 which includes the nuclear reactor update

i've had this minor glitch couple times before but it doesn't bother me too much. you could try breaking and replacing the pipes see whether that helps

so you are running the server on your computer, so your friends need to be able to connect to your computer from where they are. If you are behind a router (most likely) then check the port forwarding settings on the router. Is this the first time you have set up a server?

maybe the redpower.cfg is different on the server than your client

make sure the server is stopped first before modifying any of server.properties. Then you can change settings. To change a world seed you must first delete the folders 'world','world_nether'and'world_the_end'. Caution this is deleting the world and all saved data will be erased! Then you can modify the seed. Finally start the server and all should i hope work.

have you asked the server admin? Maybe it is disabled

did you at any point type /reload ? This is a common issue, to fix simply restart server (/save-all , /stop , relunch server)

something wrong with computercraft turtles. Try redownloading tekkit after deleting %appdata%/.techniclauncher/tekkit/mods (i would delete to make sure it completly redownloads but it is not neccessary)

check the mode it is on (options button lower left). Are you wanting the recipe,Recipe Mode or spawn in item,Cheat Mode? And technically the mod is 'Not Enough Items'

i don't belive this is possible, because in minecraft, milk is not a 'liquid' a milk bucket is only an item and cannot be taken through fluid pipes. Although that is a nice idea, maybe you could ask the buildcraft devs see what they say.

there could be several reasons for this. 1) the server has been '/reload'ed. Fix: restart the server 2) your id for raw carbon fibre does not match the server's config id. Fix: syncronize IC2.cfg 3) the item is banned or blocked by a plugin or config disabling
