On this matter could someone tell me how to make it so you cant destroy blocks with a destruction catalyst.

I suggest adding how to ban items in tekkit because a lot of people don't know how such as me :P

Can someone please tell me how I can ban items on my server. Also is there a way for me to ban certain abilities such as the philosophers stone greifing my spawn? Thanks!
