It depends on how many people will be on it and what you intend to do with it. They both sound good but with past experience I would say the more RAM the better, you will find if you make your server public you will probably need more than 2 - 3 Gb of RAM depending on how well you maintain it and how many/what plugins you have! Saying that my old, old server lasted with 1Gb of RAM for about 3 weeks with about 10 daily visitors, in this situation try and ask yourself which one will be better in terms of support etc... Seriously if you get one that takes 48 hours to reply to your ticket when the server isn't working, it's annoying.

I'm using NoItem v2.0.5, PEX and Craftbukkit++ with tekkit 3.1.3 (I don't think the tekkit version effects it though) and can't get it to work correctly. This is my NoItem node: - noitem.(nopickup|nodrop|nohold|nocraft|nouse).(213.6|26515.*|26514.8|26522.*|30215.*|30214.*|169.*|194.1|194.4|237.1|26524.*|4095.*|216.*|150.12|214.0|7303.*|213.11|7310.*|7308.*|7272.*|7314.*|192.1|192.2|26498.*|26499.*|26500.*|26501.*|26502.*|26486.*|26506.*) The Tekkit items i wish to ban are: - All the 3 dynamites - Cart Dispenser - Both Auto Craft Table - Nuke - Cannon - World/dimensional anchor - Turtle - Igniter - Feed Station - All Tunnel Bores - Industrial/Howler Alarm - Wood to Diamond Hammers + Diamond Knife and spear I'm not sure where the problem lies, whether I am typing in the incorrect Item ID's or I have arranged the Node incorrectly. I don't expect Alot from you guys but if you help me out I will be extremely grateful! Edit: I have vault by the way, and I see no errors within the console. - Thanks

I have tried Noitem, disablecraft modifyworld... the lot... and i just can't get them to ban the usage or crafting of any of the tekkit items i have no idea what could be causing it or wether it's down to my careless mistakes?
