Ok, here is the thing. I have the same problem and i'm going to tell you all the details I can. My browsers are setted to Spanish and I proved the links in Chrome and Explorer in my computer and with Mozilla in an other (both windows 7). I have clicked in all the download links in your webside and they all have the same problem, I can't get to the mirror server (exactly to the link you posted). Here you have some screenshots I hope it's enough, I registered on the forum only for this afare.
