My command? start.command or something else?

Title: bad interpreter: No such file or directory : Tekkit Server woes
Version: 3.1.2
OS: Mac OS X 4GB RAM 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5
Java Version: 7
Description of Problem:
I have tried some many times, and I even got it working once, but then when I tried to change the map, it crashes, so I made another server which led me to this problem on the start command (on error report)

I looked at the common problems and solutions thread, no luck and search the website and, oh, no luck! Help anyone?
