Hey guys, Just got the Technic pack Its running really slowly And laggey so did vallina minecraft and it maxes my cpu max out to 100% I have a really nice computer and cant figure out why it maxes out and is laggey etc any suggestions ?

Hey guys, I am Relivity new to setting up mod and this one is hell I've looked for youtube videos on how to set it up and I just keep getting the same result witch is downloading the launcher and having nothing happen....It would be appreciated if someone would walk me step by step though the set up process I'm using minecraft 1.2.3 and a PC.
